Rapid PCB Design and Prototype Services
For Generic Embedded Systems Design
Our Collaboration Model
How It Works
You submit your requirements, we design and prototype the board for you. The requirements can be submitted using our online tool or uploading your own requirements document. An engineer will contact you to formalize and freeze the requirements leaving no gray area. Upon acceptance and payment execution the project starts following our pre-defined timeline.
Our process allows you to start with the design services only and progressively commit to the other design and prototype phases.

The main differences with the traditional collaboration paradigm
The Agreement
The agreement involves sales, engineering and management: the RFI is reviewed by engineers, who supply questions for then scoping the project. Account managers define teams and provide project plans and quotes. Multiple meetings and iterations.
An automated online tool will provide a quote in minutes based on the system complexity. Our dedicated engineer reviews the requirements and generates questions aimed at sizing the PCB complexity and finalizing the quote.
The Team
Teams usually defined as: project manager, design engineer 1, design engineer 2…
Interfacing with one dedicated engineers that can rely on our own internal infrastructure to cut the overhead. The engineer is trained to use our own internal design rules throughout the development.
Execution & Project Management
Kick off meeting, recurring iterating meetings to specify the requirements, recurring status meetings with project status and updates.
Sequential process, no iterations. The design will follow a pre-defined timeline and set of deliverables. We provide timely notification and feedback as each step is completed.
Why Work With Us
We enable our clients to stay focused on their application and their field of expertise. We provide the low level EE expertise.
We can help achieve first time right prototypes leveraging our checklists and design rules.
Whether you have the internal resources or not, we can help cut costs and development time.
Semi-automated progress report and status feedback through automatic email notifications and portal status.

FAQ
We are based on a remote collaboration model. By utilizing a set of project management and design automation tools developed over the years, we are able to cut project overhead and provide high-quality services at competitive rates.
We offer PCB-level electrical engineering expertise, including system architecture, detailed schematic design, and layout. We have serviced many industries and worked with various technologies within the electrical engineering discipline.
You can submit your requirements online, and we will design and prototype the board for you. The requirements can be submitted using our online tool or by uploading your own requirements document. An engineer will contact you to formalize and finalize the requirements. After payment is executed, the project will start. You will receive automatic and timely notifications as the project moves forward through the predefined milestones.
This tool has been developed to capture the PCB complexity and details about the PCB implementation. It is presented as a questionnaire aimed at capturing all the system details: number of supplies and power rails, number of microcontrollers, other sensing peripherals, and other drivers and actuators. This tool allows us to capture most of the system requirements and generate a semi-automated quote. After completion, an engineer will review the output to ensure there are not undefined areas.
We rely on a network of trained engineers and contractors available to fulfill market needs. Our team is flexible and it grows as needed on a project basis.
Our lab includes power supplies, oscilloscopes, rework stations, and standard lab equipment. We add additional equipment or software tools on a project basis as required.
We don’t offer software engineering services as our focus remains on electrical engineering. However, we have software engineering resources critical for the bring-up and DVT of PCB prototypes. We have engineering and product development partners who can collaborate with us to fulfill your software needs.
We don’t offer mechanical engineering services as our focus remains on the electrical engineering domain. However, we have partners with whom we collaborate to support your mechanical engineering needs.
