Design Reviews

Schematic and Layout Reviews

Design reviews are important for enabling first-time-right prototypes and ensuring your product can hit the market reliably.
Upload your files and we will provide a review quote.

How It Works

We use our own review process and checklists. Upload your files and one of our trained engineers will contact you within one business day. You will be notified promptly with review updates and status.
What’s included in design reviews service:

Power budget analysis and supplies thermal analysis

We execute spice simulations and provide simulation reports

Worst case analysis of critical components and derating report

We review the major components datasheets and provide redlined versions with feedback

Our own review checklists are divided in many subsets that apply to the different technologies or ICs utilized

Placement and layout review

FAQ

We are based on a remote collaboration model. By utilizing a set of project management and design automation tools developed over the years, we are able to cut project overhead and provide high-quality services at competitive rates.

We offer PCB-level electrical engineering expertise, including system architecture, detailed schematic design, and layout. We have serviced many industries and worked with various technologies within the electrical engineering discipline.

You can submit your requirements online, and we will design and prototype the board for you. The requirements can be submitted using our online tool or by uploading your own requirements document. An engineer will contact you to formalize and finalize the requirements. After payment is executed, the project will start. You will receive automatic and timely notifications as the project moves forward through the predefined milestones.

This tool has been developed to capture the PCB complexity and details about the PCB implementation. It is presented as a questionnaire aimed at capturing all the system details: number of supplies and power rails, number of microcontrollers, other sensing peripherals, and other drivers and actuators. This tool allows us to capture most of the system requirements and generate a semi-automated quote. After completion, an engineer will review the output to ensure there are not undefined areas.

Yes, upon request and when needed, we can accommodate regular visits to the customer’s site and laboratories.

We rely on a network of trained engineers and contractors available to fulfill market needs. Our team is flexible and it grows as needed on a project basis.

Our lab includes power supplies, oscilloscopes, rework stations, and standard lab equipment. We add additional equipment or software tools on a project basis as required.

We support Altium Designer, SPICE simulations, Python analysis, and other tools as requested based on the technology needs.

We don’t offer software engineering services as our focus remains on electrical engineering. However, we have software engineering resources critical for the bring-up and DVT of PCB prototypes. We have engineering and product development partners who can collaborate with us to fulfill your software needs.

We don’t offer mechanical engineering services as our focus remains on the electrical engineering domain. However, we have partners with whom we collaborate to support your mechanical engineering needs.
